No, each scenario is unique. After seeing what level of damage there is we can give a specific amount.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Letting them know that they are in good hands. We do all the footwork talking to the insurance company for the customer after they have contacted their insurance company. We work to make things affordable for those paying cash. We move furniture and remove all trash debris. Our experience and professionalism are unmatched.

12 yrs Experience in Water Restoration/Extraction IICRC Certified Certified In Structural Drying

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked with a restoration company as a teen and in college.

Basement Dry-outs and individual room flooding from leaking pipes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Give the small business a chance. They may not be household names, but they do a great job, you get a better rate, and a long-term person you can count on for honest answers and solutions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I've experienced flooding and mold in my home and I know what it's like to have your BRAND NEW hardwood flooring have to come up because of water damage. And, NO THE INSURANCE COMPANY DIDN'T COVER IT!
